  I am a big fan of Merit Tyres, I often go to Leatherhead and Sunbury. I wouldn't go to Bagshot again. They make mistakes and don't apologise. The waiting room is really poor, stay away when it's cold as the guys can't be bothered to shut the doors. It actually looked as if the team were playing games with the customers by leaving the doors open, like a sketch. Very lower customer satisfaction from myself and the other customers in the waiting room who all made comments about this at the time.
